Existing Specifications 

  • Employee Benefits – Enrollment and Census schema to handle voluntary benefits.
  • Employee Wellness – Exchange of information between systems involved in the management of corporate wellness programs. The scope of work for the first version of the standard is the communication between an activity tracking system and a corporate wellness program.
  • US Enrollment (xsd) – supports “tier-based” coverage (Medical, Dental, Vision), rate based coverage, and flexible spending accounts.
  • Savings Plan Enrollment (xsd) – supports the communication of enrollment and election information for savings and defined contribution plans, such a 401(k) plans within the U.S. market.
  • Indicative Data (xsd) – describes the relationship between employer and employee relevant to provisioning benefit management systems .
