Current Project 

Interviews cross the entire lifecycle of an employee or worker.  For instance, interviews might be held during the hiring process, for performance reviews or for training and e-learning purposes.  Interviews may be delivered asynchronously, synchronously, online, face-to-face, or as multi-part interviews.

The purpose of the first phase for the HR Open Interviewing Standards is to communicate with the candidate asynchronously.  The specification will include instructions on to how to take the interview, questions to ask (without an interviewer) and how to process the results. Users of the systems need to communicate with service providers to initiate an asynchronous interview with one or more job candidates.
