HR Open Standards Consortium is the only independent, non-profit, volunteer-led organization dedicated to the development and promotion of a standard suite of specifications to enable human resource related data exchanges. Our standards are free, current global HR vocabularies developed in a transparent, collaborative, consensus-based environment open to all HR professionals and organizations.

Edwin brings more than 25 years of experience in the HR industry as a founder, CEO and business leader.
Marcel de Brauwer, CEO – HR2day
Marcel de Brauwer is Director at HR2day. He has been working in HR- IT since his graduation in Business Engineering, first with SAP, later with Raet, NorthgateArinso and Randstad. In 2009 he started HR2day, a fast growing company delivering an integrated HR and payroll solution on the cloud platform of Salesforce.com
Paula van Strien, Lead Salesforce Developer – Payper
Paula van Strien is Lead Salesforce Developer at Payper. After having completed a traineeship in programming she abandoned her careers as a university teacher and museum professional in order to become a full time developer. She has contributed to PayperOne, Payper’s payroll platform, since its founding in 2016.
Ben Levine, Marketing Manager, International Employer Brand – Salesforce
Ben drives the Salesforce Employer Brand in Europe and Asia Pacific. His efforts culminated in Great Place to Work naming Salesforce as the #1 Best Workplace in Europe. Ben has a background in public relations, across B2C and B2B. A Boston native, Ben has a B.A. in History and English from Muhlenberg College, in Allentown, PA.
Frank Berretty, Employee Success Business Partner | EMEA North region
Frank is a Business Partner supporting a variety of managers and a variety of business groups. On one hand the trusted partner for managers, on the other hand driving hands-on operational projects innovating HR processes. Frank has a Background in Human Resources, Consulting and Coaching. He has a Bachelor in Human Resource Management, a Bachelor in Psychology and a Master in Work and Organisational Psychology, from University of Amsterdam.
