SCREENING WORKGROUP

The HR Open Standards Screening workgroup is responsible for developing and maintaining standards for the Background Check industry. This group focuses on transactions between Screening Service Requesters, Screening Supplier Providers, and Researchers.

Jim Ireland | Executive Director, HR Open Standards
Project Lead
As Executive Director for the HR Open Standards Consortium, Jim develops and executes strategic plans to meet the Consortium's goals. His position also encompasses the development of organizational memberships, outreach, workgroup coordination, and liaison with other standards organizations.
Current Project
This team is currently working on developing standards for Screening Vendors (CRA to Researcher).
Future projects may include adding developer tools including NuGet packages to encourage adoption of HR Open Standards.
