Dr. Michael Moon, People Analytics Leader | ADP

Dr. Moon is a talented HCM Strategist and People Analytics expert with a proven ability to provide unique and innovative insights and solutions in the management and application of human capital. She provides a grounded approach to people management through a unique blend of evidenced-based and research driven processes. Her areas of expertise/research focus include: hr technology, performance management, employee engagement, social technology use in the workplace, culture/trust, learning, HR measurement and analytics, and social network analysis. Dr. Moon has a deep understanding of the motivational factors that impact employees and, as an HR leader, she is passionate about finding a balance between growing a business and treating employees well.

Thomas Adams, Senior Software Engineer | Applicant Insight

Thomas Adams is a Senior Software Engineer with Applicant Insight. He has been in the HR field for over 2 years and professional software development across a broad range of industries for 14 years. He has been a contributor to the Screening workgroup for over 2 years and has volunteered to document numerous use cases. Thomas has a B.S. Double Major in Computer Science and Mathematics from Franciscan University of Steubenville and holds a GIAC Secure Software Programmer- .NET (GSSP-.NET) certification.

Andrew Cunsolo, VP Product Management | Talemetry

VP of Product Management, Talemetry. With more than 16 years of product and technical leadership in recruiting technology, Andrew is currently responsible for Talemetry’s recruitment marketing, sourcing, and candidate experience products, as well as key technical partnerships. Andrew has been involved in the Consortium since 2002 and is currently the President of the Board of Directors and the Recruiting Team Lead.

Bon Idziak, Chief Compliance & Government Relations Officer | Accurate Background

Bon Idziak, Chief Compliance and Government Relations Officer for Accurate Background, Inc., is a 20-year industry professional and subject matter expert on the topics of Background Screening, Drug Testing and HR Technology.  Well versed in policy, procedure and compliance, Bon is frequently asked to share his expertise at conferences, in educational settings, with industry publications and through various media outlets.  Bon regularly consults with major national employers and associations to develop employment screening and substance abuse testing solutions that are cost-effective, compliant and address corporate goals and regulatory requirements.  Bon is a Board Member for the HR Open Standards Consortium (Worldwide), where he previously served as Chairman, Secretary and Treasurer.  He also serves on the Board of Directors for the National Association of Professional Background Screeners (NAPBS) as Chair Elect and The Substance Abuse Program Administrators Association (SAPAA) Board of Directors as Treasurer, Past-President and Chair of the SAPAA International Legal Committee.

Ingolf Teetz, CEO | Milch & Zucker

Ingolf is founder and Chief Executive Officer for Milch & Zucker, a provider of e-recruitment and recruitment marketing solutions. He manages company operations, initiates and strengthens technology partnerships, and is responsible for the development of its software, BeeSite. Ingolf’s long relationship with the Consortium includes serving on the board and representing the Consortium at international events.
