Annual Meeting Speakers and Sessions


Dr. Michael Moon, People Analytics Leader | ADP

Dr. Moon is a talented HCM Strategist and People Analytics expert with a proven ability to provide unique and innovative insights and solutions in the management and application of human capital. She provides a grounded approach to people management through a unique blend of evidenced-based and research driven processes. Her areas of expertise/research focus include: hr technology, performance management, employee engagement, social technology use in the workplace, culture/trust, learning, HR measurement and analytics, and social network analysis. Dr. Moon has a deep understanding of the motivational factors that impact employees and, as an HR leader, she is passionate about finding a balance between growing a business and treating employees well.


Thomas Adams, Senior Software Engineer | Applicant Insight

Thomas Adams is a Senior Software Engineer with Applicant Insight. He has been in the HR field for over 2 years and professional software development across a broad range of industries for 14 years. He has been a contributor to the Screening workgroup for over 2 years and has volunteered to document numerous use cases. Thomas has a B.S. Double Major in Computer Science and Mathematics from Franciscan University of Steubenville and holds a GIAC Secure Software Programmer- .NET (GSSP-.NET) certification.

Andrew Cunsolo, VP Product Management | Talemetry

VP of Product Management, Talemetry. With more than 16 years of product and technical leadership in recruiting technology, Andrew is currently responsible for Talemetry’s recruitment marketing, sourcing, and candidate experience products, as well as key technical partnerships. Andrew has been involved in the Consortium since 2002 and is currently the President of the Board of Directors and the Recruiting Team Lead.

Ray Diaz, Enterprise Data Analyst and Architect, Enterprise Program Management Office | JM Family Enterprises

Ray Diaz is an Enterprise Data Analyst and Architect for the Enterprise Program Management Office for JM Family Enterprises. He is a Certified Data Professional and a Certified Business Intelligence Professional experienced in designing and implementing data and information centric solutions. Ray is a conference presenter on a mission to influence organizations to value data and information with excellence. Presentations have included:

  • Data Quality: The 800 Pound Gorilla at Enterprise Data World Conference in Atlanta, GA
  • Why ROI? at the IBM Vision Conference in Orlando, FL and “Cognos BI Development Best Practices” at IBM Insight Big Data Conference in Las Vegas, NV.
  • The Data Driven Life at Atlantis University in Miami, FL.
  • Possessing an Agile Mindset at JM Family’s Tech Talk and SFL Business Analysis Meet-up.

James Elder II, Principal Solutions Consultant & Sales Engineer | DDI  

With over 25 years of IT experience and over 15 years of experience developing and implementing assessments integrations as well as five years of contributions on the HR Open assessments workgroup, Jim hopes to contribute to shaping the future of HR Open. During his tenure on the Board of Directors, Jim found synergies with the way HR Open Standards Consortium is reinvigorating its mission and memberships with his organizations dedication to developing Better Leaders for a Better Future. Jim is leading an effort to develop full end-to-end API standards for Learning Systems integrations. Reaching out to build winning partnerships with LMS vendors, content vendors, as well as industry standards experts in the learning industry will be a focus in 2020.

Leslie Erwin, Sr. Director – Software Engineering | ADP

Leslie has 14 years of experience in HR technology, with a focus on Benefits. She has participated in the benefits workgroup as a schema editor and led the group for the 4.2 release where Plan Setup was added to the schema, allowing for a more complete benefits integration. Leslie is an advocate for the HR Open Standards, and is spearheading initiatives at ADP to implement partner API integrations using the standards.

Bon Idziak, Chief Compliance & Government Relations Officer | Accurate Background

Bon Idziak, Chief Compliance and Government Relations Officer for Accurate Background, Inc., is a 20-year industry professional and subject matter expert on the topics of Background Screening, Drug Testing and HR Technology.  Well versed in policy, procedure and compliance, Bon is frequently asked to share his expertise at conferences, in educational settings, with industry publications and through various media outlets.  Bon regularly consults with major national employers and associations to develop employment screening and substance abuse testing solutions that are cost-effective, compliant and address corporate goals and regulatory requirements.  Bon is a Board Member for the HR Open Standards Consortium (Worldwide), where he previously served as Chairman, Secretary and Treasurer.  He also serves on the Board of Directors for the National Association of Professional Background Screeners (NAPBS) as Chair Elect and The Substance Abuse Program Administrators Association (SAPAA) Board of Directors as Treasurer, Past-President and Chair of the SAPAA International Legal Committee.

Jason Sole, Director of Production | DirectEmployers Association

Jason facilitates & leads software development at DirectEmployers Association, a member owned non-profit that specializes in recruitment marketing and federal contract compliance solutions. Jason is experienced in all facets of the software development lifecycle, and specializes in interaction design and process design. He holds a Master of Science in Technology from Purdue University, and has been involved in web and software development for 16 years.  Jason has served as the Chair of the Consortium’s Technical Steering Committee since 2014

Ingolf Teetz, CEO | Milch & Zucker

Ingolf is founder and Chief Executive Officer for Milch & Zucker, a provider of e-recruitment and recruitment marketing solutions. He manages company operations, initiates and strengthens technology partnerships, and is responsible for the development of its software, BeeSite. Ingolf’s long relationship with the Consortium includes serving on the board and representing the Consortium at international events.

Jason A. Tyszko, Vice President | Center for Education and Workforce at the U.S. Chamber of Commerce Foundation

Jason A. Tyszko is Vice President of the Center for Education and Workforce at the U.S. Chamber of Commerce Foundation, a nonprofit organization that cultivates innovative thinking and develops the initiatives and programs that mobilize the business community to move education and workforce initiatives forward to strengthen the American economy and close the nation’s skills gap.
Tyszko’s prior experience focused on coordinating interagency education, workforce, and economic development initiatives. In 2009, he served as a policy adviser to Illinois Gov. Pat Quinn’s administration and as a member of the Executive Committee that directed more than $10 billion in investments to aid in the state’s recovery. While in the Office of the Governor, Tyszko chaired the interagency Job Training Working Group and developed Illinois Pathways, the signature public private STEM education strategy included in the state’s Race to the Top proposal. In addition, Tyszko was deputy chief of staff and senior policy adviser to the Illinois Department of Commerce and Economic Opportunity. Tyszko, a regular speaker on education and workforce issues, is a member of the International Center for Educational Research and Practice Advisory Board. He received his Master of Arts from the University of Chicago and his Bachelor of Arts from DePaul University. He is a certified teacher in the state of Illinois. Tyszko resides in Washington, D.C.
