Credential Engine

Through our work at HR Open Standards we've come to partner with Credential Engine. Credential Engine is a non-profit whose mission is to create credential transparency, reveal the credential marketplace, increase credential literacy, and empower everyone to make more informed decisions about credentials and their value. Through its suite of services and initiatives—including the Credential Transparency Description Language (CTDL) and the Credential Registry—Credential Engine promotes collaboration, thought leadership, technical support, and action to describe employer data needed for states’ and regions’ economic prosperity.
