CERTIFICATE REQUIREMENTS

1.COMPLETE BASIC COURSES

Complete 2 out of the 3 Basic Courses:

• XML Basics, HR-XML Common Components, & OAGI Business Object Documents
• You must score 70% or higher for each course

2. COMPLETE DOMAIN COURSE(S)

Complete at least 1 of the Specialized Domain Courses:

• Current specializations include: Assessments, Recruiting, and Screening
• You must score 70% or higher for each course

3. PROVIDE WORK EXPERIENCE

Demonstrate work experience on standards project or implementation. Live implementation projects and school projects will be considered. HR Open staff member will contact you for more information.
