Jim Elder II - Elected 2024 HROpen President

I am thrilled to have the opportunity to help navigate the
HR Open Standards Consortium through this exciting
time in the HR tech, learning, & talent management.
This work is accomplished alongside the experience and
passion of the HR Open Standards Board of Directors and
our Executive Director Jim Ireland. I’ve served on the
Board of Directors for over 6 years, as well as leading &
contributing to the Assessments Workgroup for over 10
years. As a Platform Solution Architect at Skillsoft and
like many of you in our community I have a passion for
standards and for a better future for the generations of
technical professionals ahead.

This is a time of fantastic change and growth in our
industry. Industry standards are needed more than ever
to lead us into the future of skills transformation and AI.
Join us in this exciting time. Take the initiative to join a
workgroup and contribute to the design and deployment
of our industry leading standards. Join us as we lead the
way towards the mapping, exchange, requesting, &
providing of skills data. Work with us to implement API
standards that could be consistently applied in AI
implementations and scenarios.
