HR Open Standards Consortium Announces 2025 Board of Directors

HR Open Standards Consortium, the only global network of HR technology professionals committed to leading the ongoing development of global HR interoperability standards, has announced its Board of Directors for 2025. The volunteer Board contributes their technical and business acumen to guide the organization in its vision, to establish HR Open Standards as an industry leader, and promote board collaboration through networking and thought leadership.

We’re excited to expand our board with two new members who will bring diverse expertise and insight to our work,” said HR Open Standards Executive Director, Jim Ireland. “HR Open works to ensure our leadership represents a variety of experts from across the HR data landscape and our newest board members are no exception. We look forward to an exciting year.”

Biographies for the 2025 HR Open Standards Board of Directors:

Andrew Cunsolo, Senior Director, Product Management, Jobvite. With more than 15 years of product and technical leadership in recruiting technology, Andrew is currently responsible for Jobvite's recruiting marketing product lines, which include Job Broadcast, Source & CRM, Career Sites, Employee Referrals, Internal Mobility, and Apply Workflow. Andrew has been involved in the Consortium since 2002 and is a regular speaker, presenter, contributor, and Board member.

Ian Davidson, Chief Growth Officer, iDatafy. Ian Davidson is the Chief Growth Officer for iDatafy, a company focused on building SmartResumes and Certified Talent Marketplaces. Prior to iDatafy, Ian was the Vice President of Business Development for ZipRecruiter. Before entering HR tech Ian led partnerships and product strategy for OpenX, a digital advertising exchange. He is an industry leader in marketplace design and is laser-focused on the ways a marketplace built from the ground up to certify skills and competencies can create a more level playing field for job seekers, and transform the way employers identify and hire talent.

James Elder II, Platform Solution Architect at Skillsoft . Jim’s 26 years of IT experience and 17 years of learning industry experience have enabled numerous contributions to the HR Tech and Learning IT space. Jim has served on the HR Open Standards Board for two years and is a leader in the assessments workgroup. He’s lead initiatives including the first JSON version of the API standard, released staged assessments to support learning system API's for learning paths, multi-step assessments, and video assessments. Jim continues to lead the effort to develop full end-to-end API standards for Learning Systems integrations. 

Leslie Erwin, Vice President - Product Development, ADP. Leslie has over 15 years of experience in HR technology, with a focus on Benefits. She has participated in the benefits workgroup as a schema editor and led the group for the 4.2 release where Plan Setup was added to the schema, allowing for a more complete benefits integration. Leslie is an advocate for HR Open Standards and is spearheading initiatives at ADP to implement partner API integrations using the standards.

Bon Idziak, President, iCover. Bon is a 23-year industry leader in Background Screening, Drug Testing, and HR Technology. Bon has served on the HR Open Standards Board of Directors since 2009 and has held offices of secretary, treasurer, and president/chairman. A pioneer, contributor, and early implementer of HR Open Standards, Bon is a proven advocate of the Consortium.

Ansel Parikh, Co-Founder, Finch. Finch is the universal infrastructure platform for employment data. At Finch, Ansel oversees growth, marketing, partnerships, and compliance functions to ensure the company builds deeper, collaborative relationships with employers, providers, and trusted applications. Previously Ansel was an investor at BOND and Kleiner Perkins where he focused on new and existing financial technology investments including Square, Stripe, Plaid, and LendingClub, and was a key contributor to the annual Internet Trends presentation. 

Jason Sole, Director of Sales Engineering at DirectEmployers Association (DE). Jason serves as the primary liaison between the Development, Member Support, and Partnership teams at DE.  

Ingolf Teetz, CEO, Milch & Zucker. Ingolf is the Founder and Chief Executive Officer for Milch & Zucker, a provider of e-recruitment and recruitment marketing solutions. He manages company operations, initiates and strengthens technology partnerships, and is responsible for the development of its software, BeeSite. Ingolf's long relationship with the Consortium includes serving on the Board and representing HR Open Standards at international events.

Jan-Willem van der Boom, Founder, Manus Software and Services BV. Manus Software and Services is a pan-European Work Force Management and Time Attendance supplier, with a focus on time-evaluation and compliancy and originally founded by Jan-Willem in 1988, during his study of Technical Computer Science at the Rotterdam Technical University. He filled the role of CEO until 2012. In his current role, Jan-Willem went back to his roots and is responsible for Strategy and Development. He has actively been involved in HR Open Standards for over six years, leading the Time Management JSON project and participating on the Business Steering Committee. 

Bala Pitchandi, Chief Product & Technology Officer Nayya brings significant experience leading product, technology and engineering teams over the last 20 years. Bala oversees Nayya’s technical functions across product, engineering, data, and security. Bala brings unique expertise as a cross-functional technology executive, leading teams and product organizations at Justworks, VTS, and Vidyo. 

Florent André is the Co-Founder, CEO, and CTO of Mindmatcher. He previously worked at Ooffee as Owner, and consultant in development and ergonomics. Florent André attended the Institute of Cognitics.
