As the use of AI is becoming mainstream across domains, HR Tech is no exception. Over the last couple of years, we have seen every possible use case about applying AI in different HR applications be discovered. Applications from the pre-hire space have made the most of AI and other HR apps are still playing catch up. While implementing AI, some have taken the route of building everything from scratch (in a custom way) and some have opted to balance between custom and ready services.
